  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

We would like to further check this one over your website but it seems you haven’t added your website URL in the sensitive data section. Could you please share it so we can check the issue?

Also, it would be great if you can share the affected URL indicated in your GSC.

Looking forward to helping you with this one.

    Hi Jeremy,
Sorry, this is my website https://www.wieslaw.cl thank you.

I just checked my other website wieslaw.co and have the same issue, there is no changes on both sites except RankMath update. Thank you for your help

    Hello,

I’ve checked your site, and it seems that your robots.txt is not structured properly.

Also, you have a static robots.txt file in your website’s root directory, and Rank Math is unable to modify it on your WordPress dashboard.

Please delete that file so you can modify it on your WordPress dashboard > General Settings > Edit robots.txt. Or, at least update the file with this structure.

    User-agent: *
    Disallow: /wp-admin/
    Allow: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

    Sitemap: https://www.wieslaw.cl/sitemap_index.xml

Once done, clear your website’s cache and check again if the issue still persists.

    I hope that helps.

    Thank you.

Hi thank you for your help.

I did everything you said and have the same issue:
    “Indexing request rejected
During live testing, indexing issues were detected with the URL”

Just for a note: I have the same robot.txt for while and didn’t modified it. But anyway, I delete it now, made the correction and clear cache and still google won’t index it.
    Thank you.

Other note, before the last update everything was ok, I always index manually every new post/page after publishing it and never had the issue. After update I was posting and indexing to google new post and found that it doesn’t allow it. I checked other old indexed pages and they are indexed but can’t execute “live test” as the error come up too.

    Hello,

I checked your sitemaps and your robots.txt and it seems they are working fine and loading with no issues.

I checked the HTTP status of your website and no issue here as well:
    test

I directly searched your website in Google and it seems the majority of your pages/posts are indexed as you can see in this screenshot:
    tets

Can you please confirm? You may also try to search the affected URL to the search page. Just add site: before entering the URL, for example, site:https://www.wieslaw.cl if the URL is indexed, then it could be that Google is currently reporting a false positive test. Please give it some time and the error should go away.

If this isn’t the case, please share some of the affected URLs so we can further investigate the issue.

    Looking forward to helping you.

Hi Jeremy, thank you for your answer.
I will try to explain myself in the best possible way:
    1. When I do new post/page I go to Google search console to index it
    2. I do perform URL INSPECTION and the request indexing
    3. Since the update I can index the page as I get this error: Error1
    4. So, I perform LIVE TEST URL and after update I get this error: Error 2
    5. After this I check all my already indexed pages even the main https://www.wieslaw.cl page and every other I do have, and yes, they are already indexed as I didn’t have the issue before update, but… When I run live test of those url’s I get error on every one of my website pages on wieslaw.cl domain and wieslaw.co domain, both running RankMathPro and both with no other changes last time except plugin update. Error 3
    Error 4

I hope this explain better the problem I do have. I can’t index any new page, post, image or anything to google anymore.

    Thanks

Hi there. I just talked to my host provider and its a issue between google and SiteGround. Sorry for bothering you, I didn’t know they have an internal problem that affects all the clients and indexing of webs.

    Thanks for your help.
