After activating RankMatch the Accordion of the pages is unconfigured

I see that the page where accordion is not working, the accordion CSS aren’t being loaded. Would you please use CSS “internal embedding” method in Elementor and see if that resolves the issue. Or, if you’re using cache plugin, try deactivating that as well.

Even after doing that, the problem isn’t resolved, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

I can see that currently, you’re using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

About the issue: I tested using the shortcode “[elementor-template id=”14371″]” in posts and it was working perfectly there. It’s only in the product category pages where it’s not working. I would suggest posting the question to the Elementor support for their input in this matter.
