For initial troubleshooting, please make sure that your sitemap is not getting cached. Please follow these steps:
1. Ensure you’re using the latest version of your plugins/theme including the Rank Math plugins.
2. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

3. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

Thank you for this, we have tried all 3 of these and they haven’t resolved this, it wasn’t being cached.
We are now testing to see if it is a plugin conflict, is there anything else you suggest we do that could fix this?

hi i have included details, ill need a reply to the question before youll be able to login but also notice that the last modified dates on all the sitemaps are updated yesterday when i flushed everything but the affiliate link sitemap date is from 3 weeks ago, it didnt update, so its like its not connected in the same way, likely because it is third party, but i assume that where the issue is?

As an issue can occur for various reasons, it’s hard to understand the root cause of the issue you’re encountering, without looking into the settings on your site.
Our team is distributed around the world and we use dynamic IPs, so even if you whitelist the IP now when we get back to the ticket our IP might already have changed.
You can whitelist or open access to countries Bangladesh, India, Portugal, and the Philippines.
Also, I’d like to request you to add your WordPress login credentials alongside FTP.
