    Hi

    One of my clients used my new affiliate link to sign up x 2 but there is nothing showing in here. I know he used the links because I gave them to him and he has given me the login details to install for him.

    He signed up yesterday, should the sign-ups show right away, or has it not worked? I can supply proof of the signup.

    We can see that there was a visit to your account but that visit was not converted and as such, it won’t count as a referral.
