To merge your Content AI subscription with your Rank Math account, please follow these steps:

Log in to your Rank Math account using your college’s account credentials. You can log in here.

Once logged in, click on the “Websites” tab. Your Content AI credits should be displayed at the top of the screen.

If your credits are visible, there is no need to merge accounts. You can proceed with adding the extension to your plugin. If your credits are missing, it is likely due to a mismatch between the emails on your Rank Math and Content AI accounts.

In that case, please contact our support team by opening a ticket here. Make sure to include the invoice you received from FastSpring.com in the “Sensitive Data” section so that our support team can assist you in merging both accounts or transferring your credits to the email connected to your Rank Math account.
