I have REHub template with Woocommerce and I have product categories with subcategories.
I am setting up the titles and SEO goals in your plugin but I ran into a problem. When I set up “Category Archive Titles” and “Category Archive Descriptions” in “Product Categories” it works correctly with categories, but I would like to do the following and it doesn’t detect it:
%category% %term% %sep%
But it does not detect the parent category and only shows the name of the subcategory.

From your screenshots, it seems that you are only checking the Rank Math settings in Titles & Meta. Could you please check as well the category pages if they are not showing the parent category?
You can also share the sample category URL/s for us to check. You can add them in the sensitive data section

I would also want to add that you might have chosen the option in Rank Math > General Settings > WooCommerce > Remove Parent Slugs.
Please also check the settings if that is enabled.
