Add or Edit ReDirects

    I’ve been using RankMath for over a year.
    I have made and edited Redirects in the past.
    Today I can’t add or edit any redirects.
    When I click on the Add New button in the Redirections tab, nothing happens.
    Same when I click edit on an existing redirect.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    I got one of my developers to look into it.
    Your latest version of RankMath is what created the error.
    He rolled back to a previous version and now it works.
    Kindly look into this more thoroughly, as no new plugins have been added on our side.

    I get this error when I go to the systems page:

    And when I click the “Copy System Info to Clipboard” nothing gets copied.

    It seems that you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

    The scenarios we have seen this issue recently is where the Rank Math PRO plugin is not updated to the most recent version while the FREE version is updated. The Recent version of the plugin’s UI was migrated to React so if you have plugin mismatch issue like this are bound to happen.

    The guy to developed the website loaded this for me, so I didn’t purchase it, he purchased the unlimited version. I don’t have the receipt.

    The both look up to date from myside.

    In fact he rolled them back which is what fixed the issue, but the issue has now returned.

    Let me clarify.
    The developer who built my website has the Agency version, which as your pricing page shows supports 500 client websites. I would fall into that category.
    He built the site for me and he has the agency version.

    I updated the plugin and that is what caused the issue,
