I am using Rankmath with a Flatsome theme.
I have WPML also running 2 languages.The second language is under a different domain.
At main language the Add missing Titles working fine but at the second translate i am seeing all the titles of the pictures.
Ho i can solve this ?

The login link leads me my-account page and I ma unable to access. We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

This feature works as expected for me. You have set the Title to %title% %count(title)% and this is adding the missing titles on the test page as shown below:
