  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

In your last ticket, the site you shared is not accessible, could you please ensure that we can access it and the admin dashboard is working so we can further investigate the issue?

Looking forward to helping you on this one.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Unfortunately, the site is still not accessible as you can see in my screenshot in the Sensitive Data section.

If you are using a geo-blocking, please temporarily unblock the country Portugal, India and the Philippines.

Looking forward to helping you on this one.

Sorry, my site is under development process. I told my developer to hold his work for some time. Please check it now, the site should work.

    Hello,

I’ve checked your site, and it seems that your images have ALT attributes.

Could you please share the affected URL so we can check further? I’ve tested some of your listings using our External SEO Analyzer tool, and all of your images contain the ALT attributes.

Meanwhile, please note that the Add missing ALT attributes and Add missing TITLE attributes options are not added to images added by your WordPress theme or page builder to various sections like your sliders, thumbnails, icons, etc. as they only apply to images added directly on your content, and added on the fly.

    I hope that helps.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

It seems that those images are being lazy-loaded on your website and when that happens the images are only loaded upon user interaction which is after the functions from our plugin have had the chance to run and update the ALT tags.

That’s the reason this feature won’t work for lazy-loaded images.

Hope this helps clarify your doubts.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

Finally I got the answer. Thank you, I’ll check it after disabling the lazyload, if it works.

    Hello,

    Glad that helped.

Please check and feel free to reach out to us again in case you need any other assistance.

    We are here to help.

    Thank you.

Disabling all lazyload it’s not worked for me. My theme is causing the issue. When I switched my theme to the default one, it worked. Thank you for your support. The effected theme is – “myListing”

    Hello,

I am glad that you have fully located the cause of the issue. If you wish to use your original theme, I would suggest disabling the lazyload feature so Rank Math can write alt attributes on the frontend.

Please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
