add focus keyword programmatically

Hi there,

For a client of mine I am looking into a way to programmatically adjust the focus keyword.

The client has a site with WPML and many different languages, but wants to use the focus keyword of the default language (English) for all the other languages.

If there is a way to adjust the output programmatically, then I can output the conditionals needed to return the default language, so it can grab the focus keyword from there.

Looking forward to hearing whether this is possible at all.

So with that you mean that I can define my own $keywords and then return those with the filter?

Hi there,

Yes that filter does that.
But you will need to put in you own logic. We mean that the hooks job but the logic of when to do it is up to you.
