It looks like its a conflict within your plugins or your active theme. Can you please try to enable only Rank Math plugin and the default theme (e.g. Twenty-Twenty-One) and see if the issue disappears? You may use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin so that your frontend users will not be affected.

I disable all plugins and active WordPress default theme but the problem does not solved.
I see a new problem. In “Quick Edit”, I choose Primary category and then, Update the post. When I refresh the “All posts” page, The primary category restore to “Not Selected”.
Maybe this is a bug from RankMath. Could you please check it from your WordPress and rankmath?

You have to choose more than once category for the option to work in the single post view.
Moreover, the Quick Edit option for the Primary Category selection is available in the PRO version of the plugin. You see to be a free user.

I found the reason for the problem. I insert below code in functions.php
add_filter( 'rank_math/gutenberg/enabled', '__return_false' );
By default, RankMath show at the sidebar. This code show the RankMath at the bottom of the page.
When I delete this code, Primary category field show in “Add new” page but In “Quick Edit”, I choose Primary category and then, Update the post. When I refresh the “All posts” page, The primary category restore to “Not Selected”.
