Yes, it can be done from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Post
You can use something like %title% | <additional headlines>

You can set titles globally by going to the WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Pages. There you can configure the SEO Title and description you want to have globally in your pages.
