Just to clarify, by “add credits” do you mean that you have exhausted your credits but would love to replenish them by buying more credits? If yes, please note that it is not possible to purchase individual credits. If you have exhausted your credits and would love more, you can upgrade your Content AI subscription here: https://rankmath.com/content-ai/#pricing
That said, if you’re on the highest plan already and have run out of credits, then you would be able to “reset” your credits for a fee.

I can not add credit ro plugin in WB it show error message “The response is not a valid JSON response.”
and whem I set credit limit and then save, after refreshing or change to other page and come back again it will reset again to 0

Can you please share the URL of the affected website where you’re facing the issue so that we can fix this from our end?
Regarding the set credit limit, please make sure you’ve set at least 500 credits for a website otherwise the Content AI will not work on that site.

When you log in to your website now you should see it being disconnected from your account.
Please reconnect it by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Dashboard > Help and check if the credits are available by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Content AI.
The issue should be fixed for your website.
