You would need to configure it in your permalink settings. Please head over to your WordPress dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and add the /blog/ slug here:

After configuration the permalink, the post sitemap should be updated right away.

Changing the permalink slug will only apply to the post and its taxonomy, not to the pages.
