    I already bought rank math pro but I’m not able to see anything here or to activiate it in WordPress.

    Please follow these steps to update Rank Math PRO manually:

    Step 1: Update to the latest version of Rank Math PRO manually: https://rankmath.com/kb/update-rank-math-manually/
    Step 2: Disconnect your account from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help
    reconnect
    Step 3: Reconnect from the same page using the same account you used to make a purchase. Here is a KB to help you along the way as well: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-upgrade-to-rank-math-pro/

    That should fix the issue.

    Please double-check if you purchased the plugin with a different email address.

    We can see that the order from your account using Amazon pay is shown as “accepted” but not “completed”. We’ll need to confirm this with the payment processor.

    First of all, please accept our apologies for this. Making a payment and not getting the product is frustrating and not something we ever want our users to go through.

    While we check this issue with our payment processor, we have added 15 days of PRO subscription to your account. Hopefully, we will have more information on this issue by then and can avoid this from occurring ever again.
