You have given us the Editor role access of WordPress which does not have the permission to change the Rank Math Settings. Please give us administrator access or change the capabilities from Role Manager Settings. I couldn’t login to the site with the email/password you added in the Sensitive Data Section. The temporary access which you had given us before was of the Editor in chief role which does not have the capability to change the Rank Math Settings.

Thanks so much for all your help, I’ve just solved the problem. It was a right’s issue set by the publisher of our site. Now it works just fine!
Sorry for all the trouble it caused looking for ananswer. At least now you know it is very important to ask if any restrictions are set for user (custom) roles.
