Activating Content AI

    Hi,

    This morning I bought Content AI. For some reason I cannot activate/use it. In WordPress and then under Rank math SEO it seems that the pro options are enabled. In my account I cannot find my website and cannot connect it. I also ran the installtion wizard but for some reason it does not work. I think the issue is that the website is not connected. Can you please help me?

    To connect your website with Content AI, please follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Help and click Connect Now.
      Click Connect Now
    2. Sign into the Rank Math account that contains your Content AI credits. If you have multiple Rank Math PRO licenses, select the applicable license from the License dropdown menu, then click OK, ACTIVATE NOW.
      Click Ok Activate Now
    3. Ensure that you have enabled the Content AI module from WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Modules.
      Enable Content AI
    4. Finally, go to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Content AI and click the Refresh icon.
      Click the Refresh icon

    If you still encounter issues after following these steps, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

    Hello,

    Please head over to your Rank Math Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/ and check if you can see the correct Content AI credits.

    If the credit count is correct on your account but not on your website, please try to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help:

    After doing so, please try to refresh the credits from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and see if that works for you. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
