when I try to activate Rank Math, it shows me the homepage of Rank Math instead of the installation guide.

Please go to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General, and make sure that the “WordPress Address” and “Site Address” have the same setup.
Meaning both URLs have the same exact protocols. They should be matching and not have a mismatch.

Could you please confirm if you’re using multisite? If so, the correct way to set it up is by having the plugin activated on individual sites.
