Hello,
It would be hard to say a thing without looking into the actual situation. Could you please kindly share the error_logs with us? Also, You can install the Query monitor plugin and check for the errors and kindly revert.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I look forward to your response on this. Thank you.
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your Staging site’s WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.

Hello,
I have created the action scheduler database tables manually for your staging site. Could you please check if it resolves your issue?
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Hello Ankit, thanks for your ongoing support on this issue. I appreciate it.
My goal is to remove the “action_scheduler_run_queue” event than runs every minute on my site: https://tinyurl.com/yf4ozqtu
I just tried deleting the “action_scheduler_run_queue” event. When I do, it regenerates.
Next I tried this method again – https://rankmath.com/kb/fatal-error-after-1-0-49-update/ – It did not work and I got the following error: https://tinyurl.com/yk3bxw4c
I noticed you had installed the WP phpMyAdmin plugin. I initially thought the “action_scheduler_run_queue” event issue was resolved so I deleted the WP phpMyAdmin plugin. Feel free to install it again if necessary.
Since you’re last message, I’ve deleted the “Action Scheduler – Disable Default Queue Runner” plugin and installed “Repair Action Scheduler” and “WP Crontrol” plugin.
To resolve this issue I need to permanently delete the “action_scheduler_run_queue” event from my site. Please advise on next steps.
Thank you, and I look forward to your response.
Hello,
Upon inspecting your website it looks like you have completely disabled the Cron Jobs from your website. Do note that many plugin uses the cron for their functionality including Rank Math.
Could you please try the given workaround mentioned here:
https://actionscheduler.org/perf/
Or else you would need to continue to use the plugin method:
https://github.com/woocommerce/action-scheduler-disable-default-runner
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Hi Ankit,
Thank you for pointing out that I’ve disabled CRON jobs on the site. I purposely disabled WP-Cron on my site.
I am using Kinsta as web host and utilizing Kinsta server CRON feature.
I would prefer to fix the “action_scheduler_run_queue” issue without using another plugin: https://github.com/woocommerce/action-scheduler-disable-default-runner
Can someone please help me accomplish this?

Hello,
We logged into your staging website and deleted the event successfully using the WP Control plugin.
After doing that we activated Rank Math successfully and didn’t see the event regenerating on your website.
Please follow the same procedure for your main website and let us know if that helps solve the issue.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Hello Miguel,
The issue is not resolved. I logged into my staging and can still see the action_scheduler_run_queue CRON event: https://tinyurl.com/yfnzw4wm
Please advise on next steps.
Hello,
We got further clarification and it seems that the only future-proof and viable option is to continue using the plugin to disable the queue runner on your website.
That, paired with the constant to disable the WP-Cron should be enough to accomplish what you desire.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
