Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
The whole purpose of adding the Schedule was to not put any load on your servers so the corn jobs can be scheduled over various hours of the day without putting any load on your server.
Can you please talk to your web host and see what they say? We are pretty sure the scheduler in Rank Math is not the reason behind this but if your web host has data to show otherwise – we will be more than willing to investigate this further.
It is not about the schedule but the frequency which is quite high. Currently I have set it to once a day.

If you are facing issues even with once a day, then your web host might be limiting the resources you can use.
