  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the scheduling of the recurring action for Analytics. This can happen if the WP-Cron is not running properly on your site. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Check WP-Cron Status: Ensure that DISABLE_WP_CRON is set to false in your wp-config.php file:

      define('DISABLE_WP_CRON', false);
    2. Install WP Crontrol Plugin: You can install and activate the WP Crontrol plugin to manage and monitor your Cron jobs. After activation, navigate to Tools → Cron Events in your WordPress dashboard to check for any errors.
      Navigate to Cron Events

    3. Run Scheduled Actions Manually: You can also check the status of scheduled actions under WordPress Dashboard → Tools → Scheduled Actions → Pending. If you see any pending actions related to Rank Math, you can run them manually.
Run Rank Math Analytics data fetch manually.

    4. Check Google Analytics Domain: Ensure that the domain name configured in your Google Analytics matches your actual site domain. You can verify this in your Google Analytics account under Admin → Property → Property Settings.
      Check domain in Google Analytics

If the problem persists after trying these steps, please reply to this ticket with your site URL, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.

    I can’t fix

    Hello,

You can get in touch with your web host for assistance modifying your wp-config.php file or following the steps we shared above.

Alternatively, we can take a closer look at the settings and perform those. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
