Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
I am not sure that your theme is bundled with the ACF plugin since there does not seem to be any ACF fields on your posts or pages apart from a custom meta box.
I’ve gone ahead and created a new field group called Rank Math support test and assigned it to posts and you can see that this works perfectly with our content analysis when it contains content.
Please test this out and let us know how this goes.

For instance, I still cannot have a green the “Use Focus Keyword at the beginning of your content.” and also the “Focus Keyword not found in subheading(s) like H2, H3, H4, etc.. ” in most of my pages and projects.
What might be the reason? Rank Math is not recognising the content in these such important areas as the H titles and text..

This is happening because your theme does not have an integration with our content analysis tool. This will however not affect your SEO since the Rank Math tests are only performed on the post edit pages.
I can suggest that you get in touch with your theme author so that they can help in integrating our content analysis API as described here:
