This problem seems to only affect post types created by CPTUI, the content analysis works as expected for the same ACF field group when it is assigned to another post type(eg posts & pages). I have submitted this to our dev team for closer investigation and we will be getting back to you in a short while.

We will definitely look into that. For now, we officially only support the ACF plugin.
We will be improving the compatibility with other CPT plugins as well. You can also ask your plugin developer to add the content analysis API to make the content added using their plugin “available” to Rank Math. Here’s the link with more information:
