It seems that the title situation is fixed and it’s being updated with the information from Rank Math.
Regarding the sitemap, it’s technically correct and the Googlebot is able to access it fine but if the pages present on the sitemap are already indexed it’s normal to see the number of discovered URLs in the sitemap to be zero.
That number only shows the URLs that Google discovered via the sitemap and if in your case the URLs were found via other methods it won’t show there.
