Rank Math is currently only able to detect ACF when installed as a standalone plugin but not when the plugin is bundled in a theme or another plugin.
You can fix this by installing ACF as a standalone plugin.

I have been talking to Flothemes and they informed me that it should be working without an additional plug in. Now, in the rankmath is showing tha compatibility has been tested. However, I can not turn on the ACF module.

Upon checking further, it seems that when Flotheme informed you that it should be working, it means that Flothemes already has the ACF and there is no need to install it or enable it, and you update your theme to the latest version.

If not simply install ACF from WordPress > Plugins as a standalone plugin.
