Please reference order RANKMATH211101-5988-89129. It was initially assigned to p***************@g********, but moved to k******@g********. However, the RankMath plugin doesn’t recognize the PRO status under username kemuelcarey (k******@g********).

We checked and both email addresses had separate accounts. The subscription was still under the old email address.
We’ve moved the subscription to the requested email address and we can see the PRO label on your account.
