Account refund not met

    Please don’t close tickets to unresolved issues.

    Please endeavour to check the calculations of the refund. Somebody seem not to be able to work out simple maths.

    That’s two deductions of £60.56 so the total refund required is £121.12 not £55.83

    Should this issue not be resolved I will report it to the bank as fraud.
