    Hello,

    I use the [moved to sensitive data section] account with the sites chilecronicas.cl and identidadyfuturo.cl

    I bought the professional account of Rank Math with my paypal email [moved to sensitive data section], which is the one I use for purchases.

    The problem is that Rank Math created a second account for me with this last email and on the sites I manage I still have a free account.

    How can we solve this?

    There will be no data loss upon merging your accounts. The merge process will only transfer the subscription to your current Rank Math account. After the process, you will use the Gmail email address in the sensitive data section.

    Please go through this video tutorial that shows you how to get started with your PRO license:

    Steps to be followed:
    1. Ensure that you are logged in to your paid account

    2. Disconnect and reconnect your account from inside WordPress:
    disconnect and reconnect Rank Math
    WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.

    You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.

    You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.

    Also, please ensure that there are no Ad-Blockers installed in your browser, or your website is excluded in order to ensure a smooth experience with Rank Math PRO.

    If that does not help, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please open a new ticket here and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
