If the credit count appears correct but is not reflecting on your website, please follow these steps:
- Go to your WordPress admin area.
- Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
- Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account.
After reconnecting, refresh the credits count in your Content AI to request updated credits from our server.
If you continue to experience issues, please reply to this ticket with your site URL, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.

My subscription expired a while ago. We had already tried all of that and you guys could t figure out the issue so please just issue me an account credit as I’ll be re-subscribing to the pro or business plan. Thank

Yes but my credits didn’t expire because I was not able to use it because of an error on your end.
Alls I’m asking is for an account credit so I can get the pro version with that money and if I don’t get it today I’m sending all the evident to my attorney and will contact the higher authorities and leave reviews on the Trust Pilot and every single website review with my issues including all the screenshots proving the issue was on your end and that you guys are refusing to be honest.

Unfortunately, we can’t give you premium AI credits because you currently don’t have a Content AI plan.
In our last conversation which is a year ago, we ask if your website’s IP matches your Server IP as we couldn’t get any request from your website’s IP hence the issue with the Content AI feature but we didn’t receive any response from you.
Allow us to fix this on your website further. Please follow this guide again and if the issue persists, please get in touch with your web host and confirm if the server’s internal IP is the same as your site IP. It could be using a different IP when sending requests from your server to our server.
Also, please share your website’s WP admin login with us here so we can investigate the issue further.
Once this is resolved, you can purchase a new Content AI plan and get back to us here so we can give you a couple of credits to compensate for the troubles last year.

In order for that to happen I need to have rank math pro on my website and that’s why I am requesting my credits for the ai it’s just so I can get the rank math pro.

You can still use the free version of Content AI for testing purposes.
The feature of free Content AI credit is limited to AI generation using AI tools and AI generation inside the editor.
Content AI Research, Editing Bulk SEO Meta, and Multiple Sessions in RankBot will not work for users without a separate plan.
