    I bought Rank Math Pro with this account which I use to receive your newsletters (d************@g********), but my sites are actually registered on e********@g********

    You’ll notice that d************@g******** has no sites connected to RankMath, but e********@g******** has about 15 sites.

    Pls, Can you help me to do the switch? I want to be able to use the plugin on e********@g******** since that’s where my sites are registered.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    You can deactivate Rank Math from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.

    Then, connect it via a different account.
