    Hello,

    The Hemp Collect has RankMath on our WordPress but some of the generated information regarding our account is not populating.

    We have tried following step-by-step videos/forums to connect RankMath to our WordPress but the guides are out of date and we are getting stuck verifying our website through Google Console.

    With that being said, our account page says RankMath is activated and some information is generating and some information is not and we do not know where to go from there.

    I have screenshots but unfortunately cannot attach them to this ticket to give you a visual of our account.

    Let me know if there’s any other information I can provide to give you the best understanding of our situation. Thank you!

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    We checked the website and noticed that you seem to have the PRO plugin installed, however, both this account and the website are showing in our system as having only a Free subscription.

    ​​​​​​​Could you please let us know the email you used to make the purchase of the PRO plugin?
