Can you also have a look into the https://www.ghatrees.co.uk – as it is on one of the websites on stephenclark2 (s******@p*****************) account. But for some reason the account is blanked out in the ‘Websites’ tab.

Hi, none of our websites are showing in the account. We have loads connected and yet none of them are showing! Please help this is urgent. It looks like they did not transfer over from the s******@p***************** email.

The error we are getting when we try and update the pro account is the following:
Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

This error is usually due to trying to update the Rank Math PRO plugin while connected to a free account. Please follow this guide to fix the issue by connecting to your PRO account:
