We have the option to create custom Schema in the PRO plugin:

With the Free plugin, you can select a suitable Schema from the list of predefined Schema in the Schema Generator:

First, delete the Article Schema from the Schema Generator and use a different Schema.

Also, to check the Schema, use the Rich Snippet Tool:
