Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes, it seems like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Looking forward to helping you.
Hi Ed,
I wanted to add that if you do not wish to waste too much time diagnosing this issue, you can just grab the local SEO shortcode from the settings page and paste it in as regular text in your about and contact page. It would do the same thing as choosing the pages from the dropdown.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hi guys,
Thank you for your help. @Michael it turns out my theme is the issue. Thank you @Todd. So to confirm for the “about us” page” for example:
1. Is this the “about us” shortcode you are referring to?: https://wp.me/P4gmrh-a
2. Where exactly do I paste this shortcode? If I paste it as regular text in my “about us” page, won’t it show up in the published/live version of the page?
Thank you for your help guys.
Best,
Ed

Hi Ed,
1. The shortcode is at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO
2. You can paste it in the content editor along with your regular text.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
