    Hello there

    I requested a refund 15-20 days ago and cancelled my pro membership, but the refund has not yet arrived in my account. When will my refund be transferred to my account?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Could you please confirm which payment method have you used in your subscription?

    Meanwhile, you should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    The refund was processed from our side on November 23rd and the money has left our accounts. So, if you believe the money should have been received we would suggest contacting your bank.
