    Good morning,

    I did not see your email about the active Content AI Creator option turned on. I shut down my blog activebalancedlife.com in the meantime (since April this year was not operative) and I the domain expired because I moved to do other business.

    I see that you have charged me for another year 162.21 $, but I was already not using your services in months, and I was completely not aware that I have this subscription turned on.

    I expect from you to refund me back what you just charged me because I am not having a blog website anymore and I definitely did not have an intention to continue for another year.
