I have logged in and enabled the module by entering the URL https://hayotzrim.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math on the browser. The right title is now loaded on the page.
It is however odd that the Dashboard does not exist on your RTL site. We will be investigating this further.

I checked with the Health Check plugin, the Dashboard menu exists when only Rank Math plugin is active.
One of the 75 plugins active on your site is causing the problem. To determine that, can you please follow this troubleshooting guide?

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
