    Hi,

    We’ve started experiencing some issues with our sitemap while using RankMath. Initially, we discovered that our sitemap wasn’t updating due to caching problems. We followed the .htaccess and WP Rocket guidelines provided in RankMath’s previous documentation, which resolved the caching issue.

    However, we’re still facing problems with the sitemap itself, and we need support.

    For example, our news sitemap (https://www.atarita.com/sitemap_index.xml) is not updating automatically, and it continues to include content categories that should have been excluded.

    Additionally, even though our post1 content sitemap seems to be updating instantly, Google Search Console still throws an error: “Referenced Sitemap Not Recognized.”

    As a result, whenever we submit our content links to Search Console, we keep encountering sitemap-related errors.

    How can we resolve this issue?

    We already tried all of these 🙁

    We’re unable to find the category under the News sitemap. Could you please share the affected URL?

    Please also share the screenshot of the issue upon submitting sitenaps.

    Meanwhile, it seems that you’re using Rank Math PRO, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?

    For example this shouldn’t be on news sitemap (https://www.atarita.com/patapon-12-replay-inceleme/).

    Also Google does not ready any of our other sitemaps. When we check any new URL we got this message ”Sitemap redirecting to page not detected”

    I don’t know which account I bought the RankMath Pro so can’t find the invoice. The latest one I could find is from this account.
