    Hello. I haven’t been using your plugin for a long time because I moved my website from WordPress to another platform. I canceled it a week after the renewal date. However, I still received an invoice for a certain amount. Compared to the annual subscription fee, there is an excessive invoice amount for a subscription canceled one week after the renewal date. Furthermore, the 14-day cancellation period has not been taken into account. I would like this invoice to be canceled.

    But if you were charged, can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?
