    Bonjour,

    Je me permets de vous contacter car j’ai commis une erreur lors de l’achat de mon abonnement. Je souhaitais souscrire à Rank Math Pro, mais j’ai par inadvertance souscrit à Rank Math AI, probablement en raison du prix similaire.

    Je suis architecte d’intérieur, et non développeur web, et cela fait deux mois que j’essaie d’améliorer mon site, que j’ai réalisé moi-même. N’étant pas encore totalement familier avec certains des termes techniques, je me rends compte maintenant que je n’ai pas souscrit au bon service.

    Je vous serais très reconnaissant si vous pouviez annuler mon abonnement à Rank Math AI et le remplacer par Rank Math Pro, qui correspond mieux à mes besoins.

    Je vous remercie par avance pour votre compréhension et votre aide.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    Thank you for your trust. Due to exceeding my allocated budget, I am forced to wait for the refund. I would have preferred not to be refunded but to be directly transferred to the appropriate subscription to save time.
