A small favor regarding my subscription

    Hi RankMath team,

    I hope you’re doing well.

    I’m writing to ask for a small favor. I need to fully cancel my current subscription, not just turn off auto-renewal, but make sure it’s properly closed and that no further charges will occur.

    Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any option to do that from within my account.

    I understand this might not be standard procedure, but I’d really appreciate it if you could handle the cancellation manually on your end. You’re probably the only ones who can take care of this properly.

    If our roles were reversed, I’d want the same clarity and peace of mind.

    Would it be unreasonable to ask you to cancel it fully for me and confirm that everything is taken care of?

    As requested, we have cancelled all your subscriptions on your Rank Math account.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those PRO files in the member area on Rank Math.

    Of course, we’re very sorry to see you go. If you don’t mind us asking, is there any particular reason you have chosen to cancel? Perhaps there’s something we can help you with.

    We are continuously improving our products, so we would request you to check back in the future to see if we might have something relevant to your needs.
