    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    For initial troubleshooting, please check if the Cron jobs on your website are working properly.

    You can install the WP Crontrol plugin and navigate to WP Dashboard > Tools > Cron Events to make sure that the Cron Jobs is working fine on your site.

    If you find any issue with the Cron jobs, please contact your hosting provider to fix this.
