  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the redirection link. To troubleshoot this problem, we recommend checking a few things:

    1. Check WordPress Settings: Ensure that your WordPress Address and Site Address are set correctly. You can find these settings under Settings → General in your WordPress admin area.

    2. Redirection Rules: If the settings are correct, you may need to add or modify redirection rules in your website’s .htaccess file. You can do this directly from the Rank Math plugin by navigating to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Edit .htaccess. Make sure to add your redirection rule after #END WordPress to avoid it being overwritten.

Here’s an example of how to redirect a specific URL:

      RewriteEngine On
      RewriteRule ^uploads/2022/02/herzkiste-lettering-alphabete-workbook.pdf$ https://example.com [R=301,L]
    3. Debugging: You can also use the htaccess tester tool to debug and ensure that the rewrites are correct before adding them to the .htaccess file.

    4. Caching Issues: Sometimes, caching plugins can interfere with redirections. If you have a caching plugin installed, try clearing the cache and see if that resolves the issue.

If you continue to experience problems after trying these steps, please reply to this ticket with any additional details or errors you encounter, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further. Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention!

    Hello,

Unfortunately, our plugin doesn’t support redirecting the pdf files. You will have to use the .htaccess file for such redirections. Here is a guide that can help: https://karenattfield.com/redirect-pdf-wordpress/

Here’s how you can edit the .htaccess file using Rank Math:
