    Rank Math free

I recently changed my theme and constructed the website again by uploading new images and deleted old ones…receiving a lot of 404 errors from the bing bot and other services. I have cleared most of the logs, most of them were old images. I can provide a temporary access if you guys want. attched a screenshot. I have also changed my permalink structure recently.

  • Hello,

Thank you for providing the details.

    Analytics

The Site Kit plugin has similar functionality as Rank Math’s Analytics module so I suggest only enabling one of them to avoid conflict.

If you are installing a different tracker other than Rank Math, you can go ahead and disable the “Install analytics code” option in the General Settings:

    Sitemap

As for your sitemap page, it seems to be loading just fine. I also checked your sitemap in an XML Sitemap validator and it returned with no errors. Refer to these screenshots:

    Overall SEO

Checking your posts and pages and they seem to be optimized with good scores.

I went ahead and checked your website’s SEO analysis and it seems it has a good score as well. There are just a few things needed to check. Please visit your SEO Analysis under WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > SEO Analysis and see the failed tests stated there.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Okay, great then! Thank you!
but, the main concern is the 404 errors that I am getting, can you check those once and let me know at the earliest. There are no pages on my website with 404 errors and still, I keep getting these errors a lot.

    Hello,

I would like to further check this one over your admin dashboard but it seems the temporary login you shared has already expired.

Could you please extend it to at least 3 days so we can further check it?

Please note that 404 errors are not a cause for alarm, but rather a tool to show resources that visitors or robots tried to access but do not exist. For content you do not wish to have any more on your site, you can leave it as 404s or fix it as suggested by my colleague here. For content you replace with new content, you can create 301 redirects. Changing the permalink structure is an example of where you would need to create 301 redirects from the old permalinks to the new permalinks. The following article on the Google Webmaster forum details most of what you need to know about 404 errors: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/2445990?hl=en

With that said, I’ll wait for the renewal of your admin’s temporary login URL so we can further check this one.

    Looking forward to helping you.
