Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and confirm the purchase? You can add a screenshot link using this tool in the sensitive data section.
If you are able to log in to your account with the subscription, please head over to your WordPress > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and reconnect your Rank Math account there. See if that also resolves the issue.
However, if you wish to proceed with your refund request, we will forward this ticket to our accounting department. Please let us know.
