I was having the same problem when I got Yoast SEO. Why does the description bar stay gray, and the indicators are marked red? I see the description on google.

That actually shouldn’t happen in your case. Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

I checked both your post and page and it seems the bar in the meta description field is working correctly as you can see in the screenshot in the Sensitive Data section.
Is the issue only happening on a specific page? If so, please share that affected URL with us so we can further check it.

I logged into your website’s admin area and found that you do not have the default “Editor” support in the Campaigns CPT.
The meta description preview and count are shown only when the editor support is enabled and contents are added from there.
If you wish, you can enable the editor support for the CPT and add some description from there and see if the issue gets fixed.

Since this CPT is added by the Charitable plugin you would need to get in touch with their developers and ask how you would enable the editor support in the CPT they created.
We can’t do that from our very own plugin.
