The two pages you shared no longer have question marks in their titles “???”. Since this issue is only affecting pages where you manually changed the individual SEO titles, you can go into the individual pages and revert the change.
You can also try using a Search and Replace plugin to search and replace the question marks. This method will only work if the actual question marks are stored in the database.
Lastly, you can attempt to export your data (except “Titles & Metas”), perform a hard uninstall, and then reimport the Rank Math export without the Titles & Metas data. This will give you a fresh start.
