Is there any chance that one of you will respond to my ticket?
Since I see that no one.

I have a serious problem with your plugin, it started behaving strangely.
Data smearing and similar solutions did not help.
I see only question marks in the SEO title.

It is not in my power to correct more than 9000 articles.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

We’ve checked the title of the URL you shared in the screenshot, and indeed there are question marks

    title

You should check the default title you have set in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > [Post Type]

Also, edit the affected page if the title is showing with question marks.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

there used to be an emoji. Then your plugin changed it to question marks.
Now I have over 9000 url addresses with question marks.
I can’t change it manually and.
And if I edit it in title/meta via your plugin nothing happens.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

It seems like your database doesn’t support adding emojis and that’s why you’re facing this issue. In this case, you can get in touch with your web hosting provider and they might be able to fix this issue with your DB.

However, still, there is an option to add the emoji in your meta title. Instead of using emojis directly on your site, you can use the HTML version of the emojis in your title & description. Here is a tool that can help you convert emojis in HTML: https://www.online-toolz.com/tools/unicode-html-entities-convertor.php

If the issue persists, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

In place of the pie emoji 🍔 we placed &#127828 ; and &#128293 ; for 🔥. Note; there is space before the semicolon in the HTML character, we did that here so your can see the raw code and it appears to work correctly on your site:

    Thanks.

    Thanks.

Okey, thank you very mutch. 🙂

Well, I don’t think that solved the problem.
If I come to the URL:
    https://chutnavareska.sk/syrove-lievance/
    https://chutnavareska.sk/surimi-natierka/

There are still “question marks” there.

    Hello,

Those pages were not affected by the change in the default title because you had filled a special value for the SEO title in the page’s Rank Math meta box:
    https://imgur.com/8bLoTmE

The default settings from Rank Math SEO > Titles & Meta > [Post Types] are only used when no special settings on the page have been done.

We used the same HTML version of the emoji and now they reflect correctly on both pages.

    We hope this helps.

    Thanks.
