I checked one of the affected URLs and it seems the canonical is showing an incorrect value as you can see in my screenshot below:
Can you please ensure that you didn’t add any custom canonical in the page’s SEO settings? Also, please check if there are other plugins or your current theme that could be changing your canonical tag. To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
As for the sitemap, please follow these steps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
3. Allow SEMRush to crawl your sitemap page again and see if it helps.

Thanks for your reply. It seems that the PLUGIN : “WP RSS Aggregator – Feed to Post”
Change the url canonical from : https://www.prevenircestchanger.com/veille-rse-du-14-avril-2022/
To : https://www.rsedatanews.net/article/article-veilles-rse-esg-dd-veille-rse-du-14-avril-2022-20220413-5849
And I found in the settings this box that was ticked (screenshot attached).
I have deactivate the plugin and the canonical URL self corrected. But it seems that when i reactivate it, all the url goes wrong again.
Do you know any way to fix all the old post with the right canonical url ?

Since the canonical URL was fixed on that page upon disabling the plugin, I would suggest getting in touch with the plugin’s development team for fixing this issue on all of your posts as well.
It is possible that they already have a fix available for this kind of issue.
