500 internal server error

  • Please, help is needed.
    Installed rank math after yoat. After trying to publish a page in the Elementor editor, it gives a 500 error.
    Disabled wordfence, everything worked, the next day, the problem reappeared, and without disabling rank math, the problem cannot be solved, even if all plugins are disabled. What to do?

    5xx errors are usually caused due to server misconfiguration or other server issues.

    Could you please share the error log with us?
    Having the error log file will give a clear idea of why this might be happening.

    You can follow this guide to enable debug mode in WordPress to get the error log

    Or you can ask your web host and they should be able to help you locate the log files.

    Please also ask if your website’s PHP values are not too low to handle the processes. Here’s a list of recommended PHP values for your reference:

    PHP Memory Limit: 512M
    Max input time: 150
    PHP time limit: 120
    PHP max input variables: 1000

    Perhaps I found the root of the problem, most likely it was an error page, redid it to a new one, at the moment no error occurs, if the error returns as it was before, I will report. I’m sorry for disturbing you
